Orders and Returns
Goods can be returned for a full refund by posting back to our warehouse, providing the item(s) are in original saleable condition and the item(s) reach us within 10 days, from the original date of purchase.
If you are returning a product to The Artificial Flower Shop please adhere to and read the following:
A copy of your delivery note / order confirmation MUST be included within the package.
Any refunds will be made on to the debit /credit card or paypal account that the original order was placed under and only when the items are received back into stock.
*PLEASE NOTE* - We would always advise using MyHermes as the most cost effective method for returning items to us.
Goods must still be in the original saleable condition when they are returned unless there was a fault with the product on delivery to the customer.
